RotoPlay's Basketball Playoff Challenge is a unique and exciting game to play during the NBA playoffs. Your job is to draft one NBA player from each of the groups presented. Each of the players you select will accumulate RotoPlay points during the contest. You must also select the winning teams for each round of the playoffs, with RotoPlay points awarded for each winning team you correctly select. Your goal is to utilize your fantasy GM skills to build a team that accumulates more points than your competitors. Score the most RotoPlay points during the contest and you'll win the Grand Prize of $1,000! Great prizes are also awarded to those who finish in the Top 10!

Your Team
Prior to 12:00 PM EST (noon) on Saturday, April 19th, you must select a player and team from each of the groups presented in order to complete your entry. You may change your selections at any time up until the entry deadline by visiting the "My Locker" section of the site.

Injury Protection
To protect against injuries, your single lowest scoring player will be dropped from your total score.

NOTE: At the time this contest was created, all playoff teams had NOT yet been decided. As a result, there will be some players on the entry form whose team did NOT make the playoffs. Please be sure to wait until the playoff berths are decided before submitting your entry. There are no alternates, and you're responsible for all players selected.

Scoring System
Scoring will be updated daily. Final results will be posted on the day after the contest ends. The chart below outlines how you earn points.

Winning Teams

Eastern and Western Conference Round 1 Winners = 15 Points each
Eastern and Western Conference Round 2 Winners = 25 Points each
Eastern Conference Champion = 40 Points
Western Conference Champion = 40 Points
NBA Champion = 60 Points

All Players

Each point scored = 1 Point
Each assist = 1 Point
Each offensive rebound = 2 Points
Each defensive rebound = 1 Point
Each steal = 3 Points
Each blocked shot = 3 Points
Each 3-point field goal = 1 Point

Ties
If one or more participants tie for a spot in the Top 10, the prize money will be added together and split equally.

NOTE: The maximum number of total entries accepted for this contest is 350, so you're guaranteed not to be competing against more than 350 entries in the contest.
