How do I register to become a member of RotoPlay?
Registering to become a member is easy. When you go to a section of the site that requires you to be a member, simply click on "Register Now!"
How do I sign-up to play a game?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then select any sport currently in season and decide which game you wish to play. Once you choose a game you will be prompted to make your player selections and submit your entry. If playing a fee-based game for the first time, you'll also be prompted to enter your credit card information before you can make your player selections.
How do I invite others to visit RotoPlay?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "Invite-a-Friend" in the left-hand navigation. When prompted, enter the e-mail address of any friend you would like to invite to visit the site. Remember, if anyone you refer to the site signs up to play a fee-based game we'll credit your account with $5, redeemable on your next game play.
How do I check to see how much money is in my RotoPlay account?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Account Balances" feature. Your current RotoPlay account balance will be displayed at the top of the page.
How do I deposit more money into my RotoPlay account?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Account Balances" feature. When prompted, enter your credit card information and the amount you wish to deposit and click on "Submit Now".
How do I withdraw money from my RotoPlay account?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Account Balances" feature. When prompted, click on the link to withdraw money from your account, complete the form and click on "Submit Request".
What if I want to make changes to my game play selections?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Beat the Deadline" feature. You will then be presented with any games you have entered that have not reached the deadline for entry. Simply make the changes you would like to make and click on "Submit Changes".
What if I want to view my current or past entries?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Participation History" feature. You will then be presented with a list of all games you have ever entered, organized by sport and then by game.
What if I want to change my account information?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Change Account Information" feature. When prompted, edit any of the information you would like to change and click on "Submit Changes".
What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password simply click on a "I forgot my password" link below the Member Name and Password sign-in field. You will then be prompted to enter your Member Name to continue. Once you've entered your Member Name you'll be asked to answer the secret question you selected when you joined. If answered correctly, your password will be sent to your e-mail address. If you are unable to answer this question correctly, please visit our Contact Us page.
What if I want to change my password?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Change Password" feature. When prompted, enter your current password. You will then be asked to enter and verify your new password. When finished, click on "Change Password".
What if I want to subscribe to or unsubscribe from RotoPlay newsletters?
If you're currently a member of RotoPlay, first make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Newsletter Subscriptions" feature. You will then be presented with a list of all RotoPlay newsletters and your current subscription selection for each. When prompted, edit any of your selections and click on "Submit". If you're not currently a member of RotoPlay, simply visit our Newsletter page to subscribe or send an e-mail message to unsubscribe@RotoPlay.com to unsubscribe.
What if I want to edit the type of e-mail messages I receive regarding the games I currently play?
First, make sure you're logged into the site. Then click on "My Locker" in the top navigation, and select the "Manage E-mail Messages" feature. You will then be presented with a list of all confirmation and notification e-mail options and your current selections for each. When prompted, edit any of your selections and click on "Submit Changes".
